- 4. This promotion is not stackable with existing packages or other ongoing offers, vouchers, and promotions.
- 5. A package validity of 12 months from the purchase date with strictly no extension, and only limited to the purchase outlet for redemption.
- 6. The gift set of Pure Essential Massage Oils is predetermined at one (1) bottle of each scent—Jade, Blossom, Autumn—and is strictly non-exchangeable, non-customisable, and while stocks last.
- 7. Customers are encouraged to call for an appointment and only a 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- 8. Qi Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the above terms.
- 9. Qi Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
