Frequently asked questions about Qi Odyssey Packages and Qi Rewards.
1. What Qi Odyssey Packages are available?
We offer three Package options:

2. What is the one-time SST charge?
An 8% Malaysian Sales & Service Tax (SST) is applicable once upon package purchase. The SST is calculated based on the package purchase amount.
3. What is the cashback included with my Package?
Each Package comes with cashback (package value) as follows:
- Package RM1,000: RM100 cashback
- Package RM2,000: RM250 cashback
- Package RM3,000: RM400 cashback
The cashback is available for use according to the applicable Package terms.
4. Where can I use my Qi Odyssey Package?
Your Package can be redeemed at all Qi Odyssey outlets in Malaysia throughout the Package's validity period. Any non-promotional item on the menu including à la carte services, products, as well as small bites and beverages are applicable.
5. Do I need to pay a membership registration fee?
The Qi Odyssey Loyalty Programme lets a one-time RM10 registration fee, but this fee is waived when you sign up for any Package.
6. What is the Qi Odyssey Loyalty Programme?
The Qi Odyssey Loyalty Programme lets you collect Qi Points with your eligible spending and enjoy the benefits of being a Qi Odyssey member.
RM1 spent = 1 Qi Point
Qi Points are calculated based on the amount spent excluding SST. The accumulation of Qi Points is continuous.
7. When do my Qi Points expire?
While the membership lasts a lifetime, your Qi Points are valid for 12 months from your last transaction date. This means your Qi Points validity is refreshed based on your latest transaction.
8. Can I transfer my Qi Points to someone else or exchange them for cash?
No. Qi Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may redeem your Qi Points for any item on our menu. Click here to view Qi Rewards.
9. When does my lifetime membership start?
It starts with every new Package sign-up or renewal from legacy Package made from 1 October 2026 onwards.
10. What happens if I have a valid legacy Qi Odyssey Package, am I automatically a member of the new loyalty programme?
If you renew your existing Package from 1 October 2026 onwards, your membership will come with lifetime membership benefits and Qi Points collection will be activated.
11. How do I access or manage my Qi Odyssey membership account?
Your registered mobile number is used to manage your Qi Odyssey membership account. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number for setting up your account, updating your password, and recovering your password.
12. What should I do if I notice an unauthorised transaction?
Please notify Qi Odyssey immediately if you notice any unauthorised transaction on your account. Members are responsible for keeping their account details and password secure.
