Spa Attendant
Job Description
- Assist with spa treatments and cater to customer needs while serving the refreshments ordered by customer in a timely manner.
- Clean and maintain spa facilities including locker rooms, waiting area, kitchen, and treatment areas/rooms.
- Prepare the spa facilities for guest use by setting up treatment areas/rooms, housekeeping and stocking up supplies for refreshments.
- Set up and maintain treatment room supplies such as linens, towels, lotions, creams, oils, bath bombs, etc.
- Greet the guests upon their arrival at the spa and bring them to the waiting area or treatment room.
- Welcome the guests by providing them with information about the services and facilities available.
- Provide clients with amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, tea, small bites, or spa products.
- Clean and repair equipment that has been used for massage or other spa treatments.
- Ensure outlet refreshment inventory is well-managed from time to time.

Job Description
Sales & Customer Service:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and walk-in customers professionally.
- Schedule therapist massage sequence for the following day.
- Arrange customer appointments and therapist working schedule.
- Promote massage packages and products to customers to generate sales and achieve sales target.
- Handle customer complaint with care in the early stage with professional manner.
Outlet Maintenance and Administration:
- Clean and maintain front desk counter.
- Check the overall set-up of the massage room and outlet’s environment such as music, candle, etc.
- Receive and record laundry movement for towels, massage pants, blanket, etc.
- Assist in handling outlet’s administration tasks.
Banking and Stock System:
- Handle the cash sales transactions and ensure the cash amount is accurate.
- Ensure daily sales record and stock level are tallied with the system.
- Bank in cash sales amount in a timely manner.
- Calculate the stock at the counter to ensure the stock amount is correct.
- Update the stock management system daily.
- Undertake any other duties as required from time to time.
