- Minimum 18 years old
- 5-day work per week including weekends and public holidays (weekday off)
- Able to work on shift basis
- Intermediate computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay
- Professional and pleasant personality
- Good customer service attitude
- Good schedule management
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician or similar role is an added advantage
