TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1. A one-time 8% SST charge upon package purchase.
- 2. This promotion is valid from March 1st to 31st, 2026, at all outlets. Customers who buy the regular ‘Package RM1,000’ during the campaign period will automatically be signed up for this promotional package.
- 3. This promotion is valid for redemption at all outlets for 12 months from the date of purchase, and extension is strictly not allowed.
- 4. ‘Weekday-Saver Rate’ is valid for redemption between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays and replacement public holidays, on services 60 mins and above. ‘Weekday-Saver Rate’ is only valid for customer who purchases this promotional package and not valid for regular and/or existing package.
- 5. Only cashless payment is accepted in a single transaction unless combined with Cash Voucher.
- 6. This promotion is not stackable with existing packages or other ongoing offers, vouchers, and promotions.
- 7. Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of own package account and password. Customer is required to notify Qi Odyssey immediately if there has been an unauthorised transaction performed. An OTP code will be sent to the registered mobile number for new account setup and password update or recovery.
- 8. Qi Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the above terms.
- 9. Qi Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
