- These Promotional Packages are limited to the first 100 customers at Berjaya Times Square outlet only.
- A one-time charge of 8% SST will be incurred with every package purchase.
- The validity periods of the promotional packages are 8 and 12 months for ‘Buy 6 Free 2’ and ‘Buy 8 Free 3’, respectively, from the date of purchase, and extensions are strictly not allowed.
- These packages can only be redeemed at Berjaya Times Square outlet, and not applicable with other vouchers, offers, and promotions.
- These packages are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or item.

- Customers who follow @QiOdysseyMY on Facebook, Instagram, or XiaoHongShu, are entitled to an upgrade of one (1) Bath Bomb Foot Soak for one (1) service at a time, with selection subject to availability.
- Customers must present from their mobile screen to show their ‘Follow’ of Qi Odyssey page upon check-in.
- Customers are encouraged to call for an appointment and only a 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- Qi Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by customer’s non-compliance with the above terms.
- Qi Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated on this promotional package without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
